What we collect and why

When you submit, we store your name, email, city, languages, service choices and written introduction or travel notes. Travel requests also include dates, group size and your proposed budget. Host applications record your confirmation that you are an adult applying as an individual and, if relevant, the request you are interested in. We use these details to review and respond to your submission.

Please do not submit diagnoses, medical records, passport details, card information or other sensitive documents. This website does not accept file uploads.

What is public

Travel requests stay private unless you opt in to publication and the team approves them. Public summaries contain only city, dates, offer amount and currency, group size, selected services and a request reference. Your name, email, languages and free-text notes are never part of this public listing. Host applications remain private.

Access and storage

The review team can access submissions for operating the service. Data is stored using our Alibaba Cloud infrastructure. Connections to the website and database are encrypted. We do not sell submission details or publish contact information. We will seek agreement before sharing private contact details for a possible match.

Your private link

After submission you receive a private status link. It lets you check progress and withdraw the submission without an account. Anyone holding the link can do the same, so keep it private. We store a one-way hash of its secret, rather than the secret itself. No automatic email is sent and the link cannot be recovered on this website.

Withdrawal and retention

Use the withdrawal control in your private status page to remove your name, email, languages and written notes from the active request and take down any public listing. The request reference, basic structured information and review history remain for operational records. Contact details and written notes are also automatically removed from active records 180 days after submission. Copies in infrastructure backups may remain until those backups rotate.

Technical data

Our server keeps standard request logs for troubleshooting and abuse prevention. Submission limits temporarily use your IP address. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics on public information pages to understand aggregate visits, page popularity, referring websites, approximate country, browser and device categories, and page performance. This service does not use analytics cookies or advertising identifiers. It is not loaded on travel request forms, host application forms or private status pages, and we do not send form contents or private request keys to it. Cloudflare processes the analytics requests; see its privacy policy. We use no advertising pixels or marketing cookies. Your browser temporarily retains a random submission key in session storage to avoid accidental duplicate submissions if a connection is interrupted; it is removed on success. No form text is saved to browser storage.

Questions about your data

You can withdraw directly through your private link. If the team contacts you about your submission, you can reply to that conversation about corrections or deletion. This first release does not offer a separate email inbox or account recovery service.
