MedTripHost accepts travel requests and applications from independent adult individuals who wish to provide local support. Submissions are reviewed manually. Travelers decide whether an anonymous request summary may be published after review. The website does not currently provide confirmed bookings, payments, online interviews or interview recordings.

Your submission

Provide accurate information and an email where the team can reach you. Submit only your own information, or information you are authorized to provide. Do not include medical records, identity documents, payment data or private information about others. You may withdraw using the private link issued after submission.

Hosts and local support

Only individuals can apply as hosts; companies and agencies are outside this service model. An application is not employment, certification, a background check or a promise of work. Any service arrangement requires a separate discussion of suitability, dates, scope and cost.

Medical services

Local support is practical assistance. Healthcare decisions, appointments, medical services and medical costs remain between the traveler and the qualified healthcare provider. A hospital mentioned in a linked information guide is not presented as our business partner.

Offers and fees

A submitted offer is a proposed total budget for personal host support. Sending a request or host application is free. No money is charged or held through this release. The intended business model includes a platform fee on an agreed offer; its rate, payment process, cancellation terms and settlement rules have not been set and will be disclosed before any transaction service opens.

Review and availability

We may decline or remove inaccurate, abusive or unsuitable submissions. An approved public request means it has been reviewed for publication; it does not certify a person or guarantee availability, safety, a response time or a successful match. An expression of interest is not an accepted booking.

Future features

Recorded online interviews are part of the intended matching process. Recording, access and retention rules, and a clear consent step, will be introduced before that feature opens. Future booking and payment features will have their own disclosed terms.
